Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
I live in baltimore md and my son whom is over 21 threatened my daughter whom is under 21. Do I have the legal right to remove him from my home. He is not on any lease but receives mail here. I was told that he has rights because he receives mail here. Please advise

You can file a complaint for a civil protection order. If the judge finds that your son is a threat to you or your daughter, he or she can order your son to stay away from the premises for up to a year. He can also be ordered to have no contact with her. He can arrange to get his mail elsewhere.
