Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I live in Maryland and am the recipient of a life estate in a house that my now deceased life partner and I bought. I can stay here forever unless I cohabit or marry, at which point the house must be sold. What does cohabit mean in this context? Is it limited to a full-time living together relationship (more or less full time, 7 days a week, 365 days a year), or does the term also applied to less "intense" or shorter periods of living with someone? What would the lower limit be to invoke the sale requirement?

Cohabitate tends to imply sexual interaction but merely living together may invoke the Last Will and Testament. I would need to know more about the situation.
