Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I live in Maryland and do not want my wife's name on the title or any paper of the property I am buying becasue she has refused to assit financailly. Can I legally exclude her name from all the documents?.

Yes, you can take title in your own name. However, any property acquired during the marriage and purchased with funds from savings or earnings is considered marital property regardless of how it's titled. So if there is a later divorce your wife will probably have a marital interest in the property.
