if a custodial parent is recieving child support based on her alleged income and his alleged imcome can support guide lines be modified if she has another individual living with her and supporting the children and her. Does this income become combined if they are not married and what if they intentionally not marry due to the child support amount. this may not make sense but i am doing the best I can with my questions

The income of the "roommate" is not a factor in determining the support amount per the guidelines. To the extent that the court is willing to deviate from the guidelines, the contribution of the other party can be a factor.
