Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I am currently living at the same house with my husband and none of us like to move or divorce but we also do not like to live as husband and wife. Is there any way that we can have a legal document made for us so he be held accountable if he does not meet his obligations that he already agreed too and can someone make this agreement document for us and if that is possible how much that would cost? Look forward to here from you.

Thanks

Ashraf

You can enter into a marital settlement agreement which would spell out who is responsible for ongoing household expenses, such as the mortgage or rent, utilities, etc. If there are children, you should determine how much child support will be paid by one of you if you eventually leave the premises. There are other important provisions as well.

I usually charge between $500 and $1000 depending on how complex the agreement is and how long it takes to complete it. Contact me if I can be of assistance.
