Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

A man raised a boy alone from the age of 1 and now he is 6 years old. The mother recently took him to court for custody. He took a paternity test and the results were that he was not the father. The mother was granted immediate custody. Is there any thing he can do to get visitation rights. Is there any thing he can do to keep his mother from moving to another state? Does he have any rights at all? Thanks

The child will be recognized despite the DNA test as a matter of law. Legal protection is available to the father and he should contact me to move forward. Since the mother is in the process of moving it is essential that he not delay. 410.750.2567
