I'm getting divorce.My spouse owns the house.what is the percentage I will get in the ''marital ''reward for the house in Baltimore County

The amount of the marital award, if any, depends on a number of factors such as the length of the marriage, how much of the equity in the home is considered marital property, the disposition of other financial assets, etc. There is no fixed percentage.
