Marriage

If you and your hudsband live in the same house Yah file taxes together and the money is deposited to his bank account ( her name is not on the account )but she write checks for their BGE bill can she be prosicuted. The hudsband let her write checks for three months then go to the bank and say he didn,t authorize it. What can happen?

If she wasn't an authorized signer on the account, the bank shouldn't have honored the checks. You didn't specify, but if she signed his name, that would constitute forgery.
