Marriage

My husband will not return my car. I bougth this car before the marriage and it is titled in my name only. Can I report it stolen?

I suggest you contact your local police and see if they will assist you in recovering the vehicle. I assume you are separated. If you have your own set of keys, the police might be willing to accompany you to his residence or work site so you can recover the vehicle peaceably. If you don't have keys, obviously you will have to get the keys back from your husband. You should be prepared to display the title to the police to prove that you are the sole owner.
