Marriage to a Non-US citizen

My fiance is a citizen of Canada and we wish to be married in Maryland.What requirements have to be met in order for this to happen?I am a US citizen.

Citizenship is not a prerequisite to marraige. State law only requires opposite sexes, minimum age, sanity, not intoxicated or forced -- that sort of thing. ODL
