If your February departure was by agreement with your wife, you can file for divorce on the ground of voluntary separation next February, assuming there has been no intervening cohabitation with her. If you moved out without her consent, you will have to wait another year under MD law. However, if you are living in DC, as your zip code suggests, you can file in DC after 1 year of separation whether voluntary or not.
