Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
Are there Maryland appellate cases governing the granting of illusory rights in
When there is no remedy or relief for a violation of a provision or 'right' contained in a Court Order, are there laws or rulings that govern such circumstances - either by prohibition against creating such provisions or 'illusory rights' or by support for creating such provisions or 'illusory rights' - e.g., to pursue a compelling state interest...?

This question, I have no doubt, is very well intentioned. Unfortunately, it is cloaked in meaningless generalities and, therefore, amounts to little more than unanswerable gibberish.
