Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
Can you tell me when does Maryland consider a divorce final for appeal purposes. Is it the date the divorce is granted with property issues to be resolved later on or the date when the property settlement order has been issued by the Courts.

The divorce would be final when the order grants it, even if issues are reserved. However, if you want to appeal the property issues, you would have to wait until those issues are resolved.
