Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland
in Maryland, what if the person doesn't respond in 30 days and if they do respond, do they have to address each item in your complaint?
Lastly, I cannot get my husband to move out, is it legal to try to prove he is cheating because I know he is. I only saw his online dating profile but that is all I have. I heard him on the phone booking a trip with a woman? my kids want him out of the house but what do I do if he doesn't leave?

By "respond within 30 days", I assume you've filed a complaint for divorce. In doing so, I hope you asked for sole custody of your (under age 18) children and child support. You should also ask for sole use and possession of the marital home as part of getting sole physical custody. If granted, he would be required to move out by court order. If you file a preliminary motion known as a pendente lite motion (which means pending the litigation), you can get a court ruling on this in the early stages of the case. You really need to seek the assistance of an experienced family law attorney, and if you income qualify you may be entitled to a lawyer who will represent you pro bono (free) or at a reduced fee. Contact your county bar association for more information.
