In Maryland
If woman has a child and has her current bf signs the birth certificate and acknowledges the child is his. Then afterwards they do a DNA test 1-2 years later and see its not his and they find the childs biological father. What are the biological fathers rights will he now be forced to pay the child support now? What is the biological fathers rights?

He has all the rights and obligations of a parent, which means visitation with the child if he wants it and the obligation to pay support. Mother will have to file a paternity action to get this accomplished.
