Mental Evaluation

Looking for case law regarding the mental evaluation of a child in a custody case - preferrably cases which have been denied. Can anyone help - I have been unable to locate any cases.

It is highly irregular to go through a BBS to request case law to support an action being pursued pro se.

Not only would it be inappropriate for an attorney to respond to such an open ended request, but you are not likely

to gain anything of value since the relevant details are not known to the attorney. Moreover, your legal issue(s) are not

framed and you may not have identified the relevant legal question.

You certainly can pursue your case pro se. However, if you have a need for case law or other supporting legal citation, I strongly suggest
