My mom has legal custody of me but i live with my dad if my mom were to write and legalize it givin me permission to move out can i move out

Does she have legal custody while your parents share joint physical custody? If so, if your mother attempted to violate the order, your father may seek to hold her in contempt. If she has a problem with you living with your father, she should file a petition to modify custody.
