If my name is taken off of our mortgage but remains on the title how will it affect my rights to the house if we were to divorce in 10 years?

It won't--you are still an owner of the property. However, under certain circumstances if the parties have been separated and only one is paying the mortgage, that payor may be entitled to recoupment of all or part of the payments before any remaining equity in the property is distributed between the parties.
