My aunt tried to remove me from my mother's house in 2008, the Judge told her that the POA was exucuted after my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2006 therefore the POA was dennied.

If you can get a court order reflecting the decision of the judge invalidating the POA, you should put your mother's bank or other account managers on notice of that and advise them not to honor the POA. You should also monitor the sale of the house and put any realtor on notice, advising them that you will challenge any attempt by your aunt to execute a deed. You definitely need an attorney in the guardianship matter who can navigate through the process.
