How can I legally kick a verbally abusing mother in law out of my house?

Is it YOUR house, or yours and your spouse's? And if the latter, is your spouse in agreement that she should leave? If so, or if there's no spouse living there, she has no right to be there, and if she refuses to leave, she's a trespasser, so you should contact the police. But if you and your spouse are at odds over this, then she is there with his/her permission, and you can't control the situation.
