Motion to Intervene

Judge granted motion to intervene in custody of juvenile but I was not notified. Parent had court date I was note summons to appear. How do I get a court appearance?

You don't indicate your relationship to the case so it's difficult to answer your question. Contact the clerk's office and if they deem it appropriate they can put you on a list of persons to be notified of court proceedings. Of course, if you have an attorney, the attorney can formally enter an appearance.
