How can I do a motion to quash a bench warrent.I was ill at the time of the hearing and missed court date.I have a doctors note stating I was ill what do i DO

You hire a criminal defense attorney who appears in court on your behalf with the doctor's note (and probably with you and maybe even with the doctor). The longer you let this go on, the worse it will get. Don't try to go it alone -- hire a lawyer.
