motion to transfer

Started custody hearing in california with restraining order.Defendant hired attorney and my restraing order stated i knew i was going to be served with custody papers from baltimore city courts.Judge threw out of CA cause of home state of my child was Baltimore.full pysical custody awarded to me with joint legal.Ca is my home state and where my child and I have been residing.Im going to fire my attorney and reprosent myself.I reuesting a motion to transfer Pro Se. My attorney tells me this cant be done cause custody case was trown out of Ca.Please give me your feed back and how do I get free legal forms cause I am on welfare Thank you
