Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I want to move in with my boyfriend...

Im turning 18 in 2 1/2 months and hes 21 we have a daughter. My mom doesn't care if i leave and my dad doesn't live with us but hes paying the rent. My dad doesn't really like my boyfriend but says to do whatever I want but he told my uncle that if I leave hes going to call the police so they can arrest alex, can he do that?? Im living with my mom but I buy my own food clothes and always help with bills. My boyfriend tells me to move in with him because he wants to be with us and I dont get along with my sisters they always complain about my daughter! What should I do? Can i move out?

I'm assuming you are asking if you can move in before you turn 18 since at that age you're legally an adult and can do what you want. But if you have your mother's permission you can do so now and the police aren't going to get involved despite what your dad said. I suggest you get her to sign a permission statement in case the police do come to the residence.
