What does Non-Mil.Aff/Order of default mean when it's granted for the plaintiff?

It means the defendant failed to file an answer to the complaint within the allotted time and the plaintiff filed a request for default, which was granted. Since defaults can't be entered against active duty military, the plaintiff had to file an affidavit stating that the defendant was non-military. Now the plaintiff can proceed to prove his/her case in the absence of the defendant unless the defendant within 30 days moves to set aside the default by filing an answer.
