i am an orphan over the age 18..im 19 now..my guardian never gave me the court order to give to the bank saying i should retrieve my funds. the bank havs some documents about the situation. the bank allowed the guardian to withdraw all the money out of the account. i have no money now. i want to sue the bank.

The bank isn't responsible if it complied with the guardianship order. Your claim would be against the guardian, if he/she did not use the funds for your benefit. You should file a court petition against the guardian asking the court to require him to account for the funds and also asking the court to terminate the guardianship, assuming the terms of the guardianship called for its termination upon your turning 18.
