Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

overturning an adoption

I want to see what my options are to overturn an adoption. My mother is a lawyer, and 10 years ago She, and her husband, toke my child away from me, against my will. I was never nitified of any hearings except for the last one, and i didn't know it was the final hearing. It has come to my attention that the child is being abused, and they have been investigated in the past, with nothing happening. Now I need to know what I can do.

schedule a consultation with an attorney who handles adoption matters in Virginia to discuss the relevant facts of your particular claim(s), but after the elapse of 10 years, I would not be particularly optimistic regarding your chances.
