owe child but had two minors to care for could not afford to pay

I owe child suppport and was not able to pay due to other minors in home to care as single male parent. ex ife made three times my salary and i could not pay for lawyer

this case is effecting credit report obtaining passport and othr issues

Depending on the circumstances, the other minor children in your

home should have been a factor in determining child support. The time

the child in question stays within your home should also have been considered. Moreover,

if she makes more than you then, barring a volitional act on your part to make less than you

are capable of, she should be paying more in child support (assuming you care for the child at least as much as

she does). You should have obtained an attorney the first go round, you should consider hiring an attorney

for the matters now confronting you.
