If a parent goes to a nursing home and your name is on their house along with the parent - can the nursing home take the house?

It depends. What documents were signed when the parent went into the nursing home? How does your name on the deed read? Your best bet would be to hire a Maryland attorney (like me!) to review any documents you signed, the deed/title to the home, and any other documentation/information you have concerning the situation.
