Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

parental rights

I signed my parental rights under much distress and was promised visitation with my kids which has now been taken away. Is there any way I can get my parental rights back?

Re: parental rights

You will have to file a petition with the court seeking visitation. You will have to explain the circumstances that led you to give up these rights earlier, and that those circumstances have now changed. I recommend you seek the services of an experienced family attorney if you are serious about regaining these rights.
