Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have had a parenting agreement in place for the last four years, our son is 15 years old and does not wish to go the his fathers house. His father has filed a motion to modify the agreement to every other weekend and wensday what can I do

You will have to file an opposition to the motion. At his age, a judge will listen to your son's wishes as to visitation, but won't necessarily abide by them. Unless there is some cogent reason why visitation is harmful to your son, the judge will probably keep some intact. You should engage the services of an experienced family attorney to assist you with this.
