You can file a petition for visitation with the court. If the child is a teenager and expresses her wishes to the judge, you may or may not get visitation. This depends on the reasons given by your daughter as to why she doesn't want to see you, and whether the judge feels she's being influenced by the grandparents. If the child is younger, your chances are probably better unless there is some history of problems between you and her.

You have the right to petition the Court for custody of your daughter, which will terminate your support payments.
