Third party visitation and child support

My ex-husband's wife, whom is power of attorney is seeking visitation of our daughter while he is incarcerated. Can I request my daughter's step-mother pay her back and present child support.

You can request it, but she's not under any legal obligation. At the same time, the power of attorney gives her no legal visitation rights, so maybe she'd be willing to pay if she wants the visitation badly enough.
