Do you have pay child support if you dont have legal and physical rights

Yes, unless your rights as a parent have formally been terminated, such as by TPR proceedings or an adoption of the child. Child support and custody/visitation are distinct concepts. Even if you don't have custody or visitation, you must pay child support.
