i pay child surrport and she never took the order downtown,she fax it to my job and now she get's a check from my job. I wanted a blood test and she move were i can't see my child.what do i do

Apparently you didn't contest it when the mother went to court for child support, which required a finding that you were the biological father since presumably you aren't married to her. As for the right to see your child, you need to file a petition for court-ordered visitation. Contact a family attorney for assistance.
