Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Plaintiff sending false affidavit/amendments to the District Court

I am a defendant and my x-boyfriends wife has sent the District court false information. The information that was sent to the district court was said to have come from a bank, but the information was really stolen by her from my house. What can I do to defend myself from this false information. The information was sent as a Amendment to Attachment in other words it is an affidavit.

Your question is difficult to answer because you didn't give much information. I don't understand the nature of the court proceeding that you referred to. Also, you say the information is false, yet it was taken from your house. It's not clear what you mean by this.

You have the right to present any evidence to the court to prove the falsity of the information being offered against you. Presumably there will be some kind of hearing at which you will have the opportunity to do this.
