Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

postponement for court date

I need to postpone a child support court date, and i can't find the forms (motion & order) to do so. I live in Texas and the case is in Maryland. Any help would be grately appriciated.

There is no form as such--you file a motion requesting a continuance. You will need a good reason especially if your ex opposes it.

Child support is not taken lightly. A demonstrable reason for not being able to attend the hearing may be accepted.
