Can one attorney represent both parties

Typically, the attorney represents the individual who engaged the attorney to draft the pre-nup. The attorney can represent both parties by having waiver of conflict forms signed. I would, however, recommend you seek independent attorneys -- by independent, I mean different firms entirely. Call if I can be of assistance.
