Re: prenutial agreements

I assume you're inquiring about prenuptial agreements, which are useful when one or both parties planning to marry want to retain individual ownership of their premarital assets and also establish in advance what will happen upon either divorce or death of one of the parties.

If you want such an agreement, you need to contact an experienced family attorney who is familiar with the legal requirements and contents of such agreements. Each person's situation is different.
