Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

What do I do to prepare for a reconsideration for back support

My motion for reconsideration for for bask child support was granted. My ex reconsideration was denied. Honestly I thought both would get denied, but mine was granted for a 30 minute hearing this friday. What do I do to prepare? I dont have enough time to get a copy of the transcript. Back support was never mentioned in that hearing, but in a prior hearing I was told it would be included in the final order. What do I do to prepare for this so I can be granted the 10 months of back support from when I initially filed my motion for custody and CS? It took 10 months to get a temp order because ex kept delaying things

There is a child support guideline worksheet available in the Maryland Rules at Sec. 9-206 which you should complete prior to the hearing, if you have all the information at hand. You should have that from the prior hearing. You can find the MD. Code and Rules in the law library of your county courthouse, if you can't access them on line.
