Is it possible to prevent the mother of my child from continuously filing unwarranted child abuse accusations against me?

For all practical purposes, no. No court is going to restrict a parent from taking legal action to protect a child, even if previous such actions have been unproven. You could file a civil suit for abuse of process claiming any attorney fees or other expenses you may have incurred in defending these actions, but that isn't really a practical solution either.
