Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Pro bono help desperately needed!!!

I need Pro Bono help on a Child Support case. I have an active Court Order for Child Support for a total of $779 per month, with Domestic Relations. His drivers license and Plumber's license has been suspended. He's working under the table and has been for almost a year. He got laid off from his job in December of '04 and had another job for a few months and other than that, he pays maybe $150 every 6 weeks or longer. He's over $12,000 in arrears and they won't take him to court for Contempt becasue he makes a payment before a court date is scheduled. PLease help! I have become homeless, no electric, no food, no clothes and I need help desperately.

Contact the bar association in your county and ask for a pro bono referral. The larger counties have these programs.
