Have someone put out of house
Can you legally have someone you are engaged to marry removed from your house. His name is not on mortgage, deed, or any of the household bills.

Certainly. If he is not an owner or a lawful tenant, he has no legal right to live there without your permission. If he's a threat to harm you, you can file a domestic violence petition and he'll be removed immediately by the sheriff; if not, order him to leave and if he refuses, go to a police station and file a petition for a peace order with the commissioner. To get a peace order, you need to state under oath that he has harrassed you or is a trespasser, or assaulted or threatened you, or destroyed your property, whichever the case may be. He can be ordered to stay away from your residence, place of employment or you.
