Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

question about visitation

My daughters father and i went to court in Queen Annes County, Maryland about visitation. Visitation for him was court ordered to him starting with 90 days of supervised visitation at a visitation center, then in july every other saturday from 12 pm to 6 pm, then starting december 14, 2007 every other weekend and every other holiday(overnights) he moved to idaho when he had 2 visitations left at the visitation center at the begining of july. He says hes coming and picking her up for christmas. Is he allowed to just pick up where it would of been if he had continued visitation? (the whole point of the progression into full weekends was to get our daughter to get to know her father again because he wasnt in her life for over a year)

Re: question about visitation

If you feel his change of schedule would adversely impact on your daughter's relationship with her father, you should go back to court and ask the court to modify the previous order.
