A name change can be done in several ways. A petition for name change is the most likely way. (A name change can also be done in a Naturalization proceeding in the INS or in a Divorce decree). Aname chane petition is quick and easy. A notice must be run the the local paper several times and we must demonstate that hte reason for the name change is not to evade depts or for any illegal purposes. Call me to arrange this.
