I received a letter from the courts that they were terminating my responsiblity to pay child support. they also sent a copy to my employer. can the mother file again in court for child support? is there any type of restriction when it comes to child support filing from mother?

It's going to be awfully hard for an attorney on this website to give you an informed answer without seeing that letter and understanding a little more about the background of your case.

If the basis for termination was that your child was emancipated by reaching age 18 or graduating from high school, then there would be no basis on which the mother could refile. If it is for some other reason, consult with a family law attorney in your area who can review the letter and better advise you.
