Removal of an ex-parte order
Can an ex-parte order be reversed or withdrawn prior to it's expiration ? I am the
person who filed it.

You can file a motion to vacate the ex parte order, and if the judge believes you have good cause your request will be granted, probably after a hearing. Until it is vacated, I would advise you and the other party to obey the order and stay away from each other. Even if you wish to have the order withdrawn, judges do not look kindly on either party violatinag the order, and while you are the one who requested the protection, you are nevertheless bound by the terms as much as the other party.

Yes, you can do it, butyou have to think real hard, are you sure? Is this the first time you ever filed one? You need to write the Judge who signed the order. He/She may want to sched. another hearing, need to find out if you are being pressured. Call for more info, Joe Trevino, 1-800-924-6217.
