response to summons for divorce

my boyfriends wife has summoned him with divorce papers and now he has to respond. how can he do this without a format.

Unless your boyfriend doesn't care if his wife gets all the assets of the marriage, and he is responsible for all the debts of the marriage, he should not answer the divorce without speaking with a divorce lawyer, like myself. He has 30 days to answer the divorce action. If he does not answer, then the court can grant all his wife's requests by default. He should not put this off, but talk to a lawyer immediately.
