Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I'm not yet at retirement age. Five (5) years ago I had a QDRO put on my pension not my 401K. Due to changes in the pension plan, I now have an option to roll the pension into my 401K. Can I legally roll the pension to the 401K?

I suspect not, but check with your plan administrator. If you do this, you can expect to be hauled back into court by your ex for what would clearly be either a breach of agreement or a violation of a court order.
