Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Revise?

We have a 18 years and 9 months son lives with us. He doesn't follow our family basic rule, like flush the toilet when you finish use. Clean the kitchen when you messup. Turn volumn low when you watch TV at 2:00 AM. He came back from college two months ago. No work, stays home on computer play game or watch TV over noght. No show respect us. Call us name directly. We told him we have the right to kicked him out of the hous because we hope you can do better. You better not force to do that. My question for you is revisesable about the kiked out request when we believe my son is doing better on his behavior.

Re: Revise?

Your son is legally an adult and you can therefore allow him to live in your home at your pleasure. I suggest you have a heart to heart talk with him and tell him that he has a certain amount of time to start following your rules or he can find his own place to live. Since it sounds like he has no financial ability to support himself at the present time, it appears that moving out isn't an option, unless he has a friend willing to put up with his bad behavior. Maybe he'll gain some maturity if you put your foot down.
